InhouseHeal helps you research health and wellness brands before you spend money on them. We cover the things people now do at home: heat and cold therapy, red light, sleep, supplements, nutrition, fitness, lab testing and everyday care.
What we do
Wellness shopping has exploded. There are hundreds of brands selling saunas, cold plunges, LED masks, greens powders, smart rings and at-home tests, and their marketing often sounds the same. We read past the marketing. For each brand we look at what it actually sells, the specifications and ingredient doses, the evidence and certifications behind its claims, what it really costs, and the shipping, returns and warranty terms you are agreeing to.
Today InhouseHeal covers 246 brands across fourteen categories, plus 13 buying guides that compare the strongest options side by side. Every review shows the date it was last updated.
Research-led, not hype-led
Our reviews are written by an editorial team that researches each brand from primary sources: product pages and labels, published lab or test data, FDA databases, warranty documents and brand policies. We do not publish claims we cannot trace to a source, and we say so when evidence is thin. You can read the full process on our How we review page.
Health information, responsibly
We are not your doctor. Our content is general information to help you compare products, not medical advice. Heat and cold therapy, supplements and medical devices are not right for everyone, so we include health notes on reviews where they matter. Please talk to a qualified professional before starting something new, especially if you are pregnant, take medication or live with a health condition.
How we make money
InhouseHeal is free to read. When you click a store link and buy something, we may earn a commission from the retailer, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide which brands we cover, what we score them or where they appear in our guides. Some brands we review have no affiliate relationship with us at all. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.
